Joshua Ryan ZEHNER was an original cast member and writer for Cirque du Soleil’s Kooza. He also was Director & Writer of Cirque Berzerk’s: Beneath. The show was loved by audiences and critics and was placed on The Los Angeles Times list of summer must-sees. With ZEHNER/BERRENT, he has directed performances for some of the top entertainment companies, including Cirque du Soleil, NBC/Universal, Walt Disney, Subtopia, The Second City, The Late Show with David Letterman, Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey, FunnyBones, and Manegen Entertainment. ZEHNER has personally performed in over 10,000 live performances. His work has been performed internationally, in Great Britain, Sweden, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Norway, Mexico, and throughout the United States and Canada. ZEHNER has been teaching improvisation and physical comedy since 1998, as a private instructor and at institutions including the Ecole Nationale de Cirque, Manege Center for Circus, Music Hall & Street Performance, The Second City Training Center and Camp Bravo.
Joshua has performed in over 10,000 live performances, in front of millions of people, and loved every second of it.
